What are the technical requirements needed to include the code in some App?
The app needs to be native Android or iOS, or still in Cordova or Ionic.

It requires the permission / permission of the user?
The app needs to have location authorization in the store (Play Store or App Store). In addition, we require that you include in the terms and conditions of the partner a clause according to which the end user allows non-costly the transfer of anonymous information of geolocation, profile, use of the application, among others, to Flowsense.

Are there any geographical restrictions for user location?
No (technically, only at very high or low latitudes).

What are the possible types of campaigns for user engagement?
There are two main types: campaigns created in our platform of push notifications segmented by user profile, time of day and location; campaigns managed by the customer's own CRM, for which we feed the customer's profile and triggers for engagement.

Can the app owner automatically select audience and trigger a campaign without Flowsense intervention?
Yes, this is the most common format. If the customer prefers, we can manage the campaigns as well.

How many campaigns (push actions) can be performed in a month?
There is no limit.

What is the implementation time / set up?
It's very simple. Installing the code takes 30 minutes to an hour. After that, users need to update their apps, which can take a few weeks.

What is the current installed base profile (gender, age, social class, behavioral profile)?
We do not offer this full view of the base, just app to app.

How is the identification and marking of places of interest (pharmacy, supermarket, school) made?
Points of interest are marked in two ways. The first is through our integration with a global base of POIs (points of interest). If the customer wants, we can also complement our base with your list of points of interest, based on address or latitude, longitude and radius.

What are the criteria for defined clusters?
Clusters are usually defined based on frequency of points of interest. For example, a Soccer Enthusiast attends football stadiums at least two times per semester. In the case of social class, we cross the place of residence with the household income of that census sector, according to the 2010 Census, and we fit the person's income in the Brazilian criteria bands.

Is it possible to create new clusters according to the customer's interest?
Yes, clusters are customizable according to customer needs.

How is the consumption of data and battery?
Both are optimized. Battery consumes something like 0.3% to 1.5% all day, and data consume around 300kB per month.

Can you enrich your analysis with customer data?
Yes, you can qualify each user with data such as gender, age, volume of purchases, among others, allowing more accurate filtering and views and more targeted messages.

What else can be customized in addition to clusters?
Among others, we can deliver the data via API, or send triggers for engagement also via API. We can receive customer data and cross-reference the information we generate. We can measure stops at places of interest for the client. In short, several aspects can be customized.

How do you charge?
Our basic package already includes access to the intelligence platform and sending push notifications, and is charged based on the number of users from whom we received data in the month. We can also include extra services for on-demand studies, push campaign management and other analyses that are interesting to our client. These services are charged per man-hour.
